Point Of Sale
Our prepay meters integrate with a wide variety of networks, from bill payment acceptance firms to mobile top-up POS networks.
Online Portal Access
Customers can access their Prepay Meter online account via computers, tablet and smart phone. Payment can be made using a credit card, direct debit or electronic bank transfer.
Vend Using SMS/IVR
Prepay Meters has integrated SMS and IVR capabilities which enable customers to make payments with their mobile phone and redeem tokens. Use of mobile wallets is supported, as is direct SMS vending by utility management agents.
Top-Up
Customers can top-up their at their local bank branch. In many cases, customers can transfer funds from their bank account to top-up. Prepay Meters can also interface with on-site payment kiosks.
Recovery Managment
A key feature of prepayment and Prepaid Meter’s software is that it allows customers to convert to prepayment and avoid disconnection whilst paying off existing arrears balances.
Integration
